Our Saviour’s Church Elders’ Fellowship, is affiliated to the Diocesan Elders’ Fellowship and any member of the parish of 65 years and above, is automatically qualified to join.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
  • To Cross-fertilize ideas and spend quality time together.
  • To engage in reverential worship of the most high God.
  • To listen to HEALTH TALKS delivered by renowned Wellness Practitioners.
  • To watch documentaries that bring about Existential changes.
  • To keep tabs of our members who are either ill or in distress.
  • To visit historical monuments or places interest on PICNIC.
  • To pray for the Anglican Communion and the Body of Christ with particular reference to Christians facing persecution all across the Globe.
NEW FEATURES INTRODUCED IN 2023
  1. 20 minutes Aerobic dance at our monthly meetings.
  2. Community Hymn Singing with soul uplifting hymns.
  3. Intense Bible study to understand the mind of God and to Avert a state of Anarchy.
  4. Acquisition of “Body Massagers” or Electronic Body Massage Machines to upgrade the health of our members
  5. Our Christmas 2023 Party was fun Galore. For Logistic reasons, it was held in our Church’s Hall instead of the earlier proposed Elegushi Beach.
  6. The Occasion was chaired by Sir, Afam Nwagboso with dancing competitions according to age grades.
  7. Landmark Birthday Celebrants are now presented with personalized Birthday cards.
  8. Legions have joined our upgraded WhatsApp Platform which was created for Effective Communication.
  9. Our meeting days remain 2nd Wednesday of the month.

FINANCING

The Fellowship is being maintained through free donations from members of the Fellowship, members of the congregation and support from the Church.
