PLEASE NOTE
(a) Obtain the license to wed from any local government close to you and submit same to the Vicar's Secretary latest 3 weeks before your wedding.
(b) you can get the template of the wedding programme from the Admin. Manager or the Vicar's Secretary.
(c) It is compulsory that you discuss the pamphlet with the Vicar before final printing.
(d) You must attend Wedding counselling sessions with the priest assigned to you and report back to the Vicar before the week of your wedding. You must also submit medical report of fitness showing genotype and HIV status directly to the Vicar when submitting this form.
(e) Rehearsal of the service is mandatory.
(f) You must bring copies of your wedding programme to the rehearsal. Bride's Father or his representatives and the best man/ chief bride's maid must be in attendance.
(g) Decent dressing is compulsory at the wedding service. The bride must use veil & be well covered. The ladies on the bridal train must cover their head and dress well too.
(h) Lateness will not be tolerated as the officiating ministers will not delay the commencement of the service.
(i) There are two options of venue for your Wedding.
i. The Chapel (Small Church auditorium) is free to all registered members of the Church.
ii. The Main Sanctuary attracts non-refundable maintenance Fee, please consult the Vicar and the Admin. Manager.

Please attach the payment teller or other evidence of payment to this form at submission.
Ask for the list of Church needs and pick one or contribute towards one, as you come to the altar for thanksgiving.
You are to ask for details of the welfare officer of the Choir and the Band so that you can book them if you desire.
Media logistics for basic media work is N20,000.
