  1. WELCOME-  We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be  extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service. Kindly join them through the Exit by  the Lectern side of the church.
  2. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: –  Holy Communion is held every day at 7.15 A.m. (Monday to Friday). Please join us.  God bless you.
  3. SUNDAY PRE-SERVICE BIBLE STUDIES:-  The pre-service Bible Study  holds today and every Sunday.  Please tap into this new blessing.
  4. CHURCH NEEDS: To transform the sound systems for the Church, Choir, the Praise Band, Chapel and Church Hall from analogue to digital, enhance the Main Church Pipe Organ with a 32-foot Bombarde pipe and rehabilitate the Chapel Pipe Organ, the church needs to balance what was left from the Pipe Organ Fund with GB £100,000.00 and US $150,000.00.  Transfers could be made to the Church’s UK account in either GB pounds or US dollars and cheques in Naira endorsed “Sound System” or “Pipe Organ”.  The Lord would bless you as you assist with these projects.
  5. LEKKI PHASE II CHURCH:-  As part of saying “Thank You” to God for its first centenary, the Church is about to build a church in Lekki Phase II.  Has God blessed you and you want to appreciate Him?  Then please write your cheques in favour of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS and endorse it   “Centenary Church”.  Thank you and God bless you.
  6. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES:  You are invited to help empower His  Grace,           our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project. Mission Seed is collected on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week.  Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  7. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing.   Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards.  The Lord will bless you with His  abundance as you obey Him.  Tithes will be collected next Sunday and on every third Sunday of the month.  Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  8. HOSPITAL VISITING MINISTRY/CHURCH CLINIC MEETING:  Date:  Today, Sunday 12th April, 2015 immediately after the first service.  Venue:  Clinic Conference Room.  Members should please attend promptly.
  9. COMMUNITY HYMNS SINGING FOR APRIL BABES:  Our monthly Community Hymns Singing to be sponsored by the April Babes will hold next Sunday, 19th April, 2015 at 6.00 p.m.  Members celebrating their birthdays and events in the month of April and willing  to sponsor any hymn should please liaise with either Revd Akpoghene  Okoro or Mr. Michael Ipadeola, today or latest on Wednesday, 15th  April, 2015
  10. EDUCATION COMMITTEE:-  Applications are invited from members/members’ children for consideration for scholarship for tertiary Education at any Public Institution in Nigeria.  Applicants must have admission and the necessary qualifications.   For enquiries call:  08033257929.
  11. SALES OF CHURCH PLOTS OF LAND AT ABIJO, IBEJU-LEKKI LGA:-  The church is offering its plots of land at Abijo, in Ibeju-Lekki LGA to interested members.  Those interested should please liaise with the Church Admin. Manager who would link them up with the firm that is handling the sales.
  12. INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEETING:-  Members of the Investment Committee would meet on Wednesday, 15th April, 2015 at 12 noon prompt.  at the usual venue.  All members to kindly attend as important matters will be discussed.
  13. APPRECIATION FROM THE HOSPITAL VISITING MINISTRY/CHURCH CLINIC: The members of the Hospital Visiting Ministry/Church Clinic say a BIG THANK YOU to all members of the congregation for your support (both in kind and cash) towards the success of this year’s Easter Cake Sales last Sunday and pray that God will reward you all abundantly in Jesus name.
  14. INFORMATION FROM OUR SAVIOUR’S CHURCH ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT COMMITTEE:  The Economic Empowerment Committee invites interested unemployed members to register for the Internship and Apprenticeship Programme of the Church.
    1. To engage the applicants on Industrial Trainings, the Committee seeks the patnership of Corporate Institutions and Skills Acquisition Schools of our members for support.   15. CHARITY DAY:  The first Charity Day for this year will take place on Saturday, 16th May, 2015.  Donations of Rice, Beans, Noodles, Yams, Beverages, Household utensils, Clothings in good condition and cash would be appreciated.  Please put a smile on the faces of the needy and God will richly bless you for it.  Kindly drop the items with either Mama yard or Mr. Michael Ipadeola.
  16. SEMINAR FOR STUDENTS BY THE DIOCESE OF LAGOS:-  Date:  Saturday, 18th April, 2015 at Faith Plaza, Bariga – Lagos.  Time:  10.00 a.m.
  17. WOMEN’S GUILD MEETING/TALK: Date: Wednesday, 15th April, 2015  – Health talk on: ‘Dysentary’’ by Dr. Gbenga Koleowo.    Time:  4.00 p.m.   You are all welcome.
  18. MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:- Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
  19. WIDOWS’ WELFARE FUND:  Kindly donate towards the Fund established to assist the widows of this church and God would visit you and all yours.
  20. LADIES & GIRLS’ GUILD INCLUDING BOYS’ PROGRAMME: Date:  Today after the service.  Bible Study 4  on ‘Fellowship :  key in serving God  (Acts 2: 40-47).’  by  Mrs Mercy Osinowo.
  21. CLASSES FOR MOTHERS’ UNION ENROLMENT:-  The class for 2015 Mothers’ Union Enrolment hold today, immediately after the service at the Chapel Extension.  Members should please, be punctual.

  25. 2015 ROGATION/HARVEST LAUNCH –  REQUEST FOR ADVERTISEMENT IN THE SERVICE PROGRAMME: Our Rogation Service to mark the beginning of Harvest Season  for this year comes up on Sunday, 10th May, 2015.  The Harvest Committee hereby solicits for advertisements in the Service Programme.   26. The Literature and Publications Committee:  welcomes fresh articles, poetry, jokes, cartoons, riddles and other entries for the June 2015 edition of the magazine. COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING:  Please note that the pre-marriage counselling  has started.  The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages.  The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks.  Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity.  Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married”  members to take note!  Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
