  1. WELCOME- We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service.   2. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE:Holy Communion is held every day at 7.15 A.m. (Monday to Friday). Please join us. God bless you.
  3. SUNDAY PRE-SERVICE BIBLE STUDIES:The pre-service Bible Study holds today and every Sunday. Please tap into this new blessing.
  4. THE THIRD SESSION OF THE 32nd SYNOD- The Third Session of the 32nd Synod of the Diocese of Lagos would commence with an Opening Service at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina next Sunday, 3rd May, 2015 at 4.00 p.m. The other sessions would take place from Monday, 4th May to Wednesday, 6th May, 2015 at Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, Lagos by 8 a.m. daily. Theme: “THE AUTHORITY OF THE SCRIPTURES”.   Please pray for our Diocesan and all the delegates, and in particular for the success of the interaction.
  5. THE PARISH CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING:The PCC members will meet on Thursday, 30th April, 2015 at 5 p.m.   Venue: Church Hall.   All members are to please collect their papers from the Front Office after this service.
  6. INVITATION TO MUSON/CHRIST CHURCH CATHEDRAL ORGAN CONCERT:- Date: Today, 26th April, 2015 at The Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina – Lagos. Time: 6 p.m. Theme: ‘A solemn reflection of His death and a joyful exclamation of His triumph. You are all welcome.
  7. CHURCH NEEDS:

To transform the sound systems for the Church, Choir, the Praise Band, Chapel and Church Hall from analogue to digital, enhance the Main Church Pipe Organ with a 32-foot Bombarde pipe and rehabilitate the Chapel Pipe Organ, the church needs to balance what was left from the Pipe Organ Fund with GB £100,000.00 and US $150,000.00. Transfers could be made to the Church’s UK account in either GB pounds or US dollars and cheques in Naira endorsed “Sound System” or “Pipe Organ”. The Lord would bless you as you assist with these projects.

  1. LEKKI PHASE II CHURCH:- As part of saying “Thank You” to God for its first centenary, the Church is about to build a church in Lekki Phase II. Has God blessed you and you want to appreciate Him? Then please write your cheques in favour of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS and endorse it   “Centenary Church”. Thank you and God bless you.
  2. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project. Mission Seed is collected on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week. Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  3. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing.   Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards. The Lord will bless you with His abundance as you obey Him. Tithes will be collected TODAY and on every third Sunday of the month. Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  1. EDUCATION COMMITTEE:- Applications are invited from members/members’ children for consideration for scholarship for tertiary Education at any Public Institution in Nigeria. Applicants must have admission and the necessary qualifications.   For enquiries call: 08033257929.
  2. HARVEST COMMITTEE MEETING:The next Harvest Committee meeting comes up on Wednesday, 29th April, 2015 at the Church Hall. Time: 6.00 p.m. Members should please, be punctual.
  3. 2015 ROGATION/HARVEST LAUNCH – REQUEST FOR ADVERTISEMENT IN THE SERVICE PROGRAMME: Our Rogation Service to mark the beginning of Harvest Season for this year comes up on Sunday, 10th May, 2015. The Harvest Committee hereby solicits for advertisements in the Service Programme.   4. The Literature and Publications Committee: welcomes fresh articles, poetry, jokes, cartoons, riddles and other entries for the June 2015 edition of the magazine.   5. BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP MEETING: Date: Saturday, 4th April, 2015 at 8 a.m. in the Chapel. Those concern should please note and attend promptly.
  6. CHARITY DAY: The first Charity Day for this year will take place on Saturday, 16th May, 2015. Donations of Rice, Beans, Noodles, Yams, Beverages, Household utensils, Clothings in good condition and cash would be appreciated. Please put a smile on the faces of the needy and God will richly bless you for it. Kindly drop the items with either Mama yard or Mr. Michael Ipadeola.

  1. COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: Please note that the pre-marriage counselling has started. The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages. The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks. Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity. Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married” members to take note! Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
