  1. WELCOME- We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be  extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service. Kindly join them through the Exit by  the Lectern side of the church
  2. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: –  Join us at the 7.15 a.m. service in the Chapel every day of this week.
  3. DIOCESAN PRAISE NIGHT:- The Diocesan Praise Night facilitated by The Directorate of Missions, Evangelism and Discipleship comes up on Friday, 11th December, 2015 at 10.00 p.m  Venue:  Cricket Pitch, TBS, Lagos.  Theme:  ‘Ebenezer, thus far the Lord has helped us’  (I Samuel 7: 12).  Please note that our Diocesan, The Most Revd Dr. E. Adebola Ademowo, D, FNAL, OON, will be in attendance.  Maximum security is guaranteed.
  4. BUDGET 2016: Ministries, Fellowships and other organisations are requested to submit their budget proposals for year 2016 to Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) on or before December 8, 2015.  Please work hard to meet this deadline.
  5. 2016 SCRIPTURE UNION’S DAILY GUIDE AND OTHER DEVOTIONALS/OSC HISTORY BOOK:- Please visit our Bookstand and ask from Mrs. Z. Bello for:  (a)  2016 Scripture Union’s Daily Guide, Daily Power and Daily Milk;  (b)  OSC History Book (Hard cover –  N2,00.00, Soft covers –  N1,500.00 and Abridged copies @ N250.00)
  6. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His  Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project.   Mission Seed will be collected TODAY, and on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week.  Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  7. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing. Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards.  The Lord will bless you with His  abundance as you obey Him.  Tithes are collected on  every Third Sunday of the month.  Please drop the tithe as you go for communion.  Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  8. FESTIVAL OF NINE LESSONS & CAROLS:- This year’s Carols Service would hold on Sunday, 20th December, 2015 at 5.00 p.m. It would be sponsored by December Babes.  Members celebrating their birthdays and events in the month of December and willing  to sponsor hymns should please liaise with Revd Canon  Akpoghene Okoro or Mr. Michael Ipadeola.
  9. DIOCESAN ELDERS’ FELLOWSHIP CHRISTMAS GET-TO-GETHER:- The Diocesan Elders’ Fellowship Christmas get-to-gether with the Diocesan comes up on Monday, 7th December, 2015 at the Seminary ground, 17, Broad Street, Lagos.  Time: 11.00 a.m.  The church bus conveying Elders to the party will leave the church premises at 10.00 a.m. prompt.  Please endeavour to be punctual.  Elders of 65years and above are cordially invited.
  10. THE ELDERS’ FELLOWSHIP OF OUR SAVIOUR’S CHURCH CHRISTMAS PARTY:- With gratitude to our gracious and loving Father for the preservation of our lives through 2015, the Elders’ Fellowship of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, will hold their Christmas Party on Wednesday, 9th December, 2015 in the Chapel Extension. The party will start at 11 a.m. prompt.  All elders of 65 years and above are cordially invited.
  11. PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DUES FOR YEAR 2015:- Members are reminded of the Church Annual Dues of minimum of N1,000.00 per member. Payment of this Annual Due should be made on or before the 31st December, 2015 to make you eligible to vote and be voted for during the Vestry Meeting (AGM) slated for February, 2016.  
  12. INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEETING:- Members of the Investment Committee would meet on Wednesday, 9th December, 2015 at 12noon at the usual venue.  All members are enjoined to attend promptly for important discussions.
  13. INVITATION: BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT:-  Date:  Next Sunday, 13th December, 2015.  Time:  12noon to 5 p.m.  All the past Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen and present Executives are cordially invited.  Venue:  Barr & Mrs. Segun Ajayi’s residence.  Please keep the date free.
  14. CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN: The Sunday School Christmas party is on Sunday, 13th December, 2015.  The party will hold during the 0800 Hrs. Service ONLY.  Parents should please bring their children and wards. We humbly solicits parents/gua  support  with biscuits, cakes, sweets, drinks and snacks.  God bless you as you respond to our call.
  15. SUNDAY SCHOOL VACATION:– The Sunday School will have  three weeks break on 20th, 27th December, 2015 and 3rd January, 2016.  The Sunday School resumes on Sunday, 10th January, 2016.  Parents should please note.
  16. THANKSGVING NEXT SUNDAY: 0800 Hrs:  {1} Guild of Stewards Anniversary Thanksgiving;  At 1100 Hrs:  68th Birthday Thaksgiving of Chief (Mrs.) Ronke Elegushi.
  17. APPEAL TO SAVE LIFE:- A young man with kidney problem urgently needs our assistance to continue his dialysis.  Please give as the spirit of God lays in your heart and God will surely bless you.  Please issue your cheque or draft in favour of “Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, Lagos”
  18. DIOCESAN MOTHERS’ UNION CHRISTMAS GET-TO-GETHER: Date: Tuesday 8th December, 2015.  Venue:  Seminary ground. Time: 1.00 p.m.  You are all cordially invited.
  19. IKOYI ARCHDEACONRY WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS GET-TO-GETHER:  Next Sunday, 13th December, 2015 is Ikoyi Archdeaconry Women’s Christmas get-to-gether in the Church Hall.  Time:  2.00 p.m.
  20. WOMEN’S GUILD MEETING/TALK: Date: Wednesday, 9th December, 2015 – Prayer meeting on ‘God is good’ by Mrs. Chinwe Osuno-Ilogu. Time: 4.00p.m.  May you be richly blessed as you attend.  
  21. LADIES & GIRLS’ GUILD CHRISTMAS GET-TOGETHER: – Date:  Saturday, 12th December, 2015 at Faith Plaza.  Time:  10 a.m.  Parents should please, release their children to attend the get-to-gether.  The church bus would leave the premises by 9 a.m.
  22. MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:– Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
  1. FOOD BANK: The Youth Ministry has started a Food Bank in the church. This service seeks to provide raw food stuffs and beverages for members who have nothing to eat. The distribution of food items to concerned parties is only done on first Sundays of any month. Kindly note that this is a covenant arrangement, only those in need should visit the place. Please, also feel free to join us to bring smile to faces that are stranded by providing for them through this medium.   2. DONATIONS TO CHURCH MADE EASY:  To facilitate paying  our Tithes, offerings and other donations, the following have been put in place:
    1. A PAYMENT POINT has been created near the Archbishop Adetiloye Conference Room.  A cashier is available at the point on Sundays immediately after each service and on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Should you get there after the cashier had left, you should please call 08075792685 and you would be attended to.

  1. COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: Please note that the pre-marriage counselling  has started.  The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages.  The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks. Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity.  Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married”  members to take note!  Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
