  1. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: –  Join us at the 7.15 a.m. service in the Chapel every day of this week.
  2. INVITATION TO CHRISTMAS CAROLS OF NINE LESSONS:- DateToday, Sunday, 20th December, 2015 by 5.00 p.m.  Please come with friends and family members and you will be richly blessed.
  3. PLEASE NOTE THE REMAINING ACTIVITIES FOR THIS YEAR:  Members should please note the programmes for the remaining part of this year:
    • Friday 25th December, 2015. 0900Hrs:  Christmas Day Choral Communion Service
    • Sunday, 27th December, 2015: 0800Hrs:  Holy Communion Service, 1100Hrs:  Mattins;  1800Hrs:  Evensong
    • Monday, 28th – Thursday, 31st December, 2015: Prayers and Fasting to close the year.
    • Thursday, 31st December, 2015. 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.:  Bon-fire Fellowship;  10 p.m. –  Watchnight Service.
    • Friday, 1st January, 2016.– 0900 Hrs. (Joint Service) –  New Year Day Service & Thanksgiving.
  1. 2015 Bonfire event of the church being coordinated by the Youth Ministry: Members of the Youth Ministry appeal for the donation of items needed for this year’s Bonfire Fellowship slated for Thursday, 31st December, 2015 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.  Items requested are as follows:
    1. 4 rams (N180,000)
    2. 20 cartons of bottled water (N8000)
    3. 5 cartons of Malt drinks (N12000)
    4. 20 dozens of plastic mineral drinks (N20,000)

  1. REQUEST FOR SCRIPTURE READERS FOR YEAR 2016: Members interested in reading the scriptural passages (ONLY OLD TESTAMENT while our Readers would be taken the EPISTLE) at 0800, 1100 and 1800 Hrs on Sundays and at 07.15hrs Mondays – Fridays, should please put down their names in the Administrative Office today and within the week.  Kindly indicate your name and telephone numbers, and also a specific date (if any), so as to enable us prepare the roster. Those who would like to read during the week of their Birthdays are especially welcome.
  2. 2016 SCRIPTURE UNION’S DAILY GUIDE AND OTHER DEVOTIONALS/OSC HISTORY BOOK:- Please visit our Book stand and ask from Mrs. Z. Bello for:
    1. 2016 Scripture Union’s Daily Guide, Daily Power and Daily Milk;
    2. OSC History Book (Hard cover –  N2,00.00, Soft covers –  N1,500.00 and Abridged copies @ N250.00)
  3. PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DUES FOR YEAR 2015:- Members are reminded of the Church Annual Dues of minimum of N1,000.00 per member. Payment of this Annual Due should be made on or before the 31st December, 2015 to make you eligible to vote and be voted for during the Vestry Meeting (AGM) slated for February, 2016.  
  4. WOMEN’S DATA FORM:- All women in the church are please implored to collect a form designed to update their records with the Women’s & Girls’ Organizations.  Kindly collect from the Guild of Stewards, complete and return as specified.  Thank you and God bless.
  5. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing. Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards.  The Lord will bless you with His  abundance as you obey Him.  Tithes will be collected TODAY and on every Third Sunday of the month.  Please drop the tithe as you go for communion.  Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  6. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His  Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project.   Mission Seed is collected  every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week.  Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  7. SUNDAY SCHOOL VACATION:The Sunday School will have a three week break on 20th, 27th December, 2015 and 3rd January, 2016.  The Sunday School resumes on Sunday, 10th January, 2016.  Parents should please note.
  8. APPEAL TO SAVE LIFE:- A young man with kidney problem urgently needs our assistance to continue his dialysis.  Please give as the spirit of God lays in your heart and God will surely bless you.  Please issue your cheque or draft in favour of “Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, Lagos”
  9. MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
  1. FOOD BANK: The Youth Ministry has started a Food Bank in the church. This service seeks to provide raw food stuffs and beverages for members who have nothing to eat. The distribution of food items to concerned parties is only done on first Sundays of any month. Kindly note that this is a covenant arrangement, only those in need should visit the place. Please, also feel free to join us to bring smile to faces that are stranded by providing for them through this medium.   2. DONATIONS TO CHURCH MADE EASY:  To facilitate paying our Tithes, offerings and other donations, the following have been put in place:
    1. A PAYMENT POINT has been created near the Archbishop Adetiloye Conference Room.  A cashier is available at the point on Sundays immediately after each service and on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Should you get there after the cashier had left, you should please call    08075792685 and you would be attended to.
    2. DIRECT PAYMENT can be made by NEFT, etc into Zenith Bank Acct.    No: 1012760579 with sort code No: 057150107. Please specify the purpose such as Tithes, Harvest pledges, Mission Seed, Clergy Pension, etc. and also inform the Church’s accountant on 08075792685.

  3. HOSPITAL VISITING MINISTRY/CHURCH CLINIC MEETING:- The meeting of Hospital Visiting Ministry/Church Clinic would hold today at the Clinic Conference Room immediately after the 8.00am service. Members should please note and the punctual.
  4. COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: Please note that the pre-marriage counselling  has started.  The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages.  The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks.  Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity.  Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married” members to take note!  Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
