- WELCOME- We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service. Kindly join them through the Exit by the Lectern side of the church.
- DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: – Holy Communion is held every day at 7.15 A.m. (Monday to Friday). Please join us. God bless you.
- SUNDAY PRE-SERVICE BIBLE STUDIES:– The pre-service Bible Study holds today and every Sunday. Please tap into this new blessing.
- PARISH RETREAT IN LENT: Please note that the Parish Retreat comes up on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Main Church from 9.00 a.m.
- 2015 PALM SUNDAY:– Today, we mark the triumphal entry of our Lord Jesus Christ into the city of Jerusalem. We shall all process through Broad Street to Lewis Street, Bamgbose Street, City Hall, St. Nicholas Hospital, Campbell Street and back to church before continuing with the Holy Eucharist Service. Our Boys & Girls’ Brigade would lead the procession. All members of the church are encouraged to join the procession. Security with traffic control has been provided. God bless you as you join.
- HOLY WEEK:- Holy week services will run daily from tomorrow, Monday 30th March, 2015 at 6.00 p.m.; Thursday 2nd April, 2015 is MAUNDY THURSDAY where we will celebrate the LORD’S SUPPER and it would start at 6.00 p.m. Earlier in the day, there will be a service at the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina – Lagos for the Blessings of Oil. Members should therefore hand in their sealed and labelled cans/bottles of oil, water etc. to the Church Admin’s Office by Wednesday evening. On Friday 3rd April, 2015 which is GOOD FRIDAY, we shall have 2 services: First, 9.00 a.m. – Holy Eucharist Service and Second, 12 Noon – 3-Hour Meditation on the Cross.
- REQUEST FOR UNLEAVENED BREAD & COMMUNION WINE FOR MAUNDY THURSDAY SERVICE:- We appeal for the donation of unleavened Bread and communion wine to be used during the Maundy Thursday service. May God bless you all as you respond to our call. Please let us know what wine you intend to bring before buying or simply give the cheque and the purchase will be made.
- CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW READERS: We congratulate our members who were licensed in 2013 by His Grace, our Diocesan. They will be formally presented on Easter Morning at the 9 a.m. Service. All old and new Readers should please come in their robes and will process with the Choir and the Priests. May the Lord bless their ministries in and through this Church.
- EASTER MORNING BAPTISM: In the Early Church, all who went through instructions and training in the Word during Lent were baptized on Easter Morning. The April Baptism is therefore moved from Saturday, April 3rd to Easter Morning, Sunday, April 4th at 8 a.m. Please register your wards with the Admin. Manager ahead of the day.
- CHURCH NEEDS: To modernize the Church Sound Systems for the Church, Choir, the Praise Band, Chapel and Church Hall from analogue to digital, enhance the Main Church Pipe Organ with a 32-foot Bombarde pipe and rehabilitate the Chapel Pipe Organ, the church needs to balance what was left from the Pipe Organ Fund with GB £100,000.00 and US $150,000.00. Transfers could be made to the Church’s UK account in either GB pounds or US dollars. The Lord would bless you as you assist with these projects.
- LEKKI PHASE II CHURCH:- As part of saying “Thank You” to God for its first centenary, the Church is about to build a church in Lekki Phase II. Has God blessed you and you want to appreciate Him? Then please write your cheques in favour of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS and endorse it “Centenary Church”. Thank you and God bless you.
- HOSPITAL VISITING MINISTRY/CHURCH CLINIC ANNUAL EASTER CAKE SALES:- The annual delicious Easter Cakes being provided by members of the Hospital Visiting Ministry/Church Clinic to raise funds for the purchase of drugs and other equipment will come up on Sunday, 5th April, 2015. Please note and patronise or book for some in advance through any member of the ministry.
- MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project. Mission Seed would be collected next Sunday and on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week. Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
- TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing. Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards. The Lord will bless you with His ABUNDANCE as you obey Him. Tithes are collected every third Sunday of the month. Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
- EDUCATION COMMITTEE:- Applications are invited from members/members’ children for consideration for scholarship for tertiary Education at any Public Institution in Nigeria. Applicants must have admission and the necessary qualifications. For enquiries call: 08033257929.
- SALES OF CHURCH PLOTS OF LAND AT ABIJO, IBEJU-LEKKI LGA:- The church is offering its plots of land at Abijo, in Ibeju-Lekki LGA to interested members. Those interested should please liaise with the Church Admin. Manager who would link them up with the firm that is handling the sales.
- PROCLAMATION OF RISEN CHRIST:— Date: Next Sunday, 5th April, 2015 at 5 a.m. Please be part of this outreach for the Lord.

- MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:– Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
- WIDOWS’ WELFARE FUND: Kindly donate towards the Fund established to assist the widows of this church and God would visit you and all yours.
- CLASSES FOR MOTHERS’ UNION ENROLMENT:- The class for 2015 Mothers’ Union Enrolment hold today, immediately after the service at the Chapel Extension. Members should please, be punctual.

- The Literature and Publications Committee: welcomes fresh articles, poetry, jokes, cartoons, riddles and other entries for the June 2015 edition of the magazine. - COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: Please note that the pre-marriage counselling has started. The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages. The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks. Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity. Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married” members to take note! Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
