- We welcome all our eminent guests (first timers) very specially and pray that God will orchestrate unusual testimonies in their lives and families in Jesus name. We appeal to them to fill the form given to them and to also wait briefly to see the ‘WELCOME TEAM” after this service. They are also enjoined to each take a copy of our bulletin for reference.

- APPRECIATION FROM HIS GRACE: We thank God and rejoice with our Diocesan and Dean Emeritus of our national church, His Grace, The Most Rev’d Dr. E.A. Ademowo, oon and Mama Oluranti Ademowo and the entire diocese on the huge success of the just concluded 2nd session of our 33rd Synod. We pray for greater laurels and successful implementations of the decisions and resolutions.
- APPOINTMENT OF THE HON. JUSTICE ADEDAYO OYEBANJI AS THE CHANCELLOR OF THE ANGLICAN DIOCESE OF LAGOS: We congratulate the Hon. Justice Adedayo Oyebanji, her husband, Dr. ’Tunji Oyebanji, their children, other members of their extended family and the entire congregation of our Parish, on her appointment as the Chancellor of our Diocese with effect from Wednesday, 10th May, 2017. This came as a result of the national appointment of Hon. Justice George Adesola Oguntade as an Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- PREFERMENT AND COLLATION OF THE VEN. CLEMENT B. IWUOHA AS AN ARCHDEACON IN THE DIOCESE OF LAGOS: We also congratulate the Iwuohas on the preferement and collation of their husband and father as a Venerable Archdeacon. We equally congratulate the entire church and pray that God will remember all of us and our children for good in Jesus name.
- APPOINTMENT OF MR. ODEIN AJUMOGOBIA, SAN AS THE CHANCELLOR OF ABUJA DIOCESE: We are so excited today as we congratulate Mr. Odein Ajumogobia and his family on his recent appointment by the Primate of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) who also doubles as the Diocesan Bishop of Abuja, The Most Revd Dr. Nicholas Okoh, as Chancellor of Abuja Diocese. We pray for the in-filling of the Holy Spirit on a daily basis upon him as he takes up this appointment, and his tenure will be full of monumental achievements in Jesus name.

- DRESSING OF BRIDES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BRIDAL TRAIN DURING WEDDING SERVICES: We use this medium to appeal to all parents and guardians whose children (daughters or daughters-in-law) will be getting married to teach them the dignity of decent dressing, especially during wedding services. By decent dressing, we mean that the wedding gowns and other wedding dresses should cover the entire body. Any indecent dressings during such occasions will be frowned at and the clergy will not take kindly to it.
This is a very important notice that must be taken seriously by all our parishioners and other worshippers because we will not compromise the Word of God for any reason.
- DIOCESAN CHARITY DAY: The Charity Day for the needy within our environment comes up on Saturday, 20th May, 2017 at 10 a.m. We appeal for donations in cash and kind. Items needed include: Food stuff (Rice, beans, yam, noodles, vegetable oil, provisions etc); new and fairly used clothings, kitchen utensils etc. These items should be deposited with the Vicar’s wife, any of the Curates’ wives or at the Church Administrative Office. - 2017 ROGATION/HARVEST LAUNCH: Our Rogation Service to mark the beginning of Harvest Season for this year comes up next Sunday, 21st May, 2017. We shall all use the day to celebrate the goodness of God in the lives of our Chief Planters. It affords all of us the rare privilege of sowing our seeds in preparation for bumper harvest towards the end of the year. We appeal that we all prayerfully prepare for it and also come with what represents our businesses, professions, careers or other human endeavours for prayers as a point of contact.
- BE CONSCIOUS OF YOUR VALUABLES: Members and visitors are henceforth advised to be conscious and take care of their valuables such as bags, telephone handsets, money etc. in the church and outside the church premises because of the bad elements that mingle amongst us.
- ILLEGAL PARKING ON GOVERNMENT ROAD: The Special Adviser to the Governor on Central Business Districts observed the illegal parking of vehicles within our environment, and advised that members should please, utilize the TBS parking lots being paid for, every Sunday.
- ELDERS’ FELLOWSHIP: The monthly meeting of the Elders’ Fellowship of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, Lagos will hold on Wednesday, 17th May, 2017 in the Chapel Extension at 10.00am prompt. All elders of 65 years and above are cordially invited to fellowship with us.
- HOSPITAL VISITING MINISTRY/CHURCH CLINIC MEETING: Date: Today, Sunday 14th May, 2017 immediately after the first service. Members should please attend punctually.
- SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY NOTICE TO PARENTS/GUARDIAN: Parents/Guardians are encouraged to please, send their teenage children to the Teenage class for services. - THE LITERATURE AND PUBLICATIONS COMMITTEE: Requests the submission of entries for the June 2017 edition of The Good Tidings Magazine. The entries may be in the form of articles, jokes, riddles, cartoons etc, that would be of benefit to reader. Please note the committee will review the entries and where contextual amendments are to be made, the committee will contact the author for approval.
