  1. WELCOME- We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service. Kindly join them through the Exit by the Lectern side of the church.
  2. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: – Please join us at 7.15 a.m. each day in the Chapel. God bless you.
  3. ADDRESS BY CHAIRMAN, CENTENARY PROJECTS COMMITTEE: The Chairman of the Centenary Projects Committee, Mr. John Momoh, will, on behalf of the Committee, address the Church today on the progress of their work.
  4. THE PARISH CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING:The PCC members will meet on Thursday, 28th May, 2015 at 5 p.m.   Venue: Church Hall.   All members are to please collect their papers from the Front Office today or within the week.
  5. GLORIOUS NIGHT (VIGIL) FOR THE MONTH OF MAY:– Date: Friday, 29th May, 2015. Theme: “Stand out for Jesus” (James 1: 12-27)” Time: 10.30 p.m. – 5.00 a.m. Come and you will be richly blessed.
  6. CELEBRATING GOD’S FAVOUR: We rejoice with Mr. John and Mrs. Olusola Momoh and the entire Channels Television team on the successful inroads into the UK airwaves with the official launch on Friday, 15th May, 2015 of Channels 24 in London, UK. We thank God for this favour He has shown us, the Our Saviour’s Church, TBS family by propelling our own multiple Award-winning station to international prominence. We pray that this will be the beginning of the expansion into Europe, America and Asia.
  7. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project. Mission Seed is collected on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week. Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  8. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing.   Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards. The Lord will bless you with His ABUNDANCE as you obey Him. Tithes are collected on every third Sunday of the month. Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  9. 2015 WOMEN’S HARVEST – REQUEST FOR ADVERTISEMENT IN THE SERVICE PROGRAMME: Our Women’s Harvest for this year comes up on Sunday, 28th June, 2015. The Harvest Committee hereby solicits for advertisements in the Service Programme. The advert rates are as follows: Outside Back Cover – N350,000.00; Inside Back Cover – N250,000.00; Inside Front Cover – N250,000.00; Inside Full Page – N100,000.00; Inside Half Page – N50,000.00 and Inside Quarter Page – N30,000 (All in full colour).   10. 2015 CHARITY DAY- APPRECIATION: We appreciate the efforts of all our clergy wives and our women that participated actively during the Charity day programme yesterday. We specially thank you all for putting so much smiles on many faces and homes with your generous donations of various items, cash etc.   You may not fully appreciate what great things you have done. The Lord values your love and sacrifice and will bless you abundantly.

  12. The Literature and Publications Committee: welcomes fresh articles, poetry, jokes, cartoons, riddles and other entries for the June 2015 edition of the magazine. Entries should be sent to the following email addresses: goodtidings@osc-tbs.org. Willing authors may send high quality photos of themselves to appear by their articles.   13. Women for Africa award:   We congratulate our sister, Dr Omawumi Evelyn Urhobo, President Morgan Smart Foundation, on winning the “International African Woman 2015” Award in London on Saturday, 9th May, 2015. May the Lord continue to add more feathers to her hat.
  14. AJAYI CROWTHER UNIVERSITY DAY:- His Grace, the Diocesan Bishop of Lagos and the Dean Emeritus, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), The Most Revd Dr. E. Adebola Ademowo, OON, has directed that next Sunday, 31st May, 2015 should be dedicated as Ajayi Crowther University Day whereby special collection would be made for further development of the University. We hereby appeal for generous donation towards this cause, and God would bless you more than your imaginations.

  17. MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
