  1. WELCOME- We heartily welcome you all who are worshipping God along with us today for the first time and pray that His love would be  extended to you and members of your families. Kindly complete the form given to you and hand it over to the members of the church’s WELCOME TEAM who will meet with you at the CHOIR OFFICE point immediately after the service. Kindly join them through the Exit by the Lectern side of the church
  2. DAILY HOLY COMMUNION SERVICE: Join us at the 7.15 a.m. service in the Chapel every day of this week.
  3. WELCOME OUR NEW VICAR AND ARCHDEACON:- Today, we welcome our new Vicar and his wife, The Ven. Julius & Mrs. Fadeke Oyediran and pray that their ministry among us will be joyous and successful.
  4. SYNOD MEETING: One-Day Diocesan Synod holds in our church on Tuesday, 1st December, 2015 at 9.00 a.m.
  5. EPISCOPAL VISIT TO PRISONS: – Our Diocesan, the Dignitaries and members of Prison Directorate will visit prison formations in Lagos State on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015. Buses leave the palace at 8.30 a.m.
  6. FESTIVAL OF FAITH – DIOCESE OF LAGOS: Please note the events scheduled for this year’s Festival of Faith as follows:- Friday, 4th December, 2015 – Fasting & Prayer – Pre-Festival Service at Parish levels at 5.00 p.m.;   Saturday, 5th December, 2015 Festival  Proper at Faith Plaza, CMS Road, Bariga, Lagos.  Time:  8.00 a.m.   Theme:  “The all sufficient God’ (Deuteronomy 11: 13-15).  Please note that the bus will leave the church at 7 a.m.
  7. DIOCESAN PRAISE NIGHT:- The Diocesan Praise Night facilitated by The Directorate of Missions, Evangelism and Discipleship comes up on Friday, 11th December, 2015 at 10.00 p.m  Venue:  Cricket Pitch, TBS, Lagos.  Theme:  ‘Ebenezer, thus far the Lord has helped us’ (I Samuel 7: 12).  Please note that our Diocesan, The Most Revd Dr. E. Adebola Ademowo, Ph.D, FNAL, OON, will be in attendance.  Maximum security is guaranteed.
  8. APPRECIATION FROM VEN. S. IGEIN & MRS OLUWATOYIN ISEMEDE:- The entire family of  Ven. S. Igein & Mrs. Oluwatoyin Isemede    express deep appreciation to the PCC, the Curates and their wives,  the Hosting Committee, Chairmen and members of various groups;  and the congregation of Our Saviour’s Church, TBS, Lagos, for your prayers, attendance and generous gifts (in kind and cash)  towards the 70th Birthday of Ven.   9. BUDGET 2016: Ministries, Fellowships and other organisations are requested to submit their budget proposals for year 2016 to Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) on or before December 8, 2015.  Please work hard to meet this deadline.

  1. TITHE ENVELOPES: God has asked you to obey Him by bringing in the FULL tithes into His storehouse and put Him to test if He will not rain blessings on you. To help you do this, the church has provided envelopes for regular tithing. Please collect yours from the Guild of Stewards. The Lord will bless you with His ABUNDANCE as you obey Him.  Tithes are collected on every Third Sunday of the month.  Please drop the tithe as you go for communion.  Please note that you can continue to pay your tithe at any other time of the week or make a direct transfer to the Church’s Bank account.
  2. MISSION SEED ENVELOPES: You are invited to help empower His Grace, our Diocesan Bishop to help needy parishes and the mission fields in the diocese, within and outside the country by contributing at least One thousand Naira monthly towards the Mission Seed Project.   Mission Seed will be collected next Sunday, and on every first Sunday of the month, but you could also pay during the week.  Please collect and use a set of envelopes to help you pay regularly and God will bless you abundantly.
  3. COMMUNITY HYMNS SINGING FOR NOVEMBER BABES:We rejoice with all the November Babes as they mark their month today during our Community Hymns Singing at 6.00 p.m.  Please come with your friends and family membersMay His abundant blessings be upon you as you turn-up for the service.
  4. CHRISTMAS PARTY FOR THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN: The Sunday School Christmas party is on Sunday, 13th December, 2015.  The party will hold during the 0800 Hrs. Service ONLY.  Parents should please bring their children and wards. We humbly solicits parents/gua support  with biscuits, cakes, sweets, drinks and snacks.  God bless you as you respond to our call.
  5. SUNDAY SCHOOL VACATION:The Sunday School will have  three weeks break on 20th, 27th December, 2015 and 3rd January, 2016.  The Sunday School resumes on Sunday, 10th January, 2016.  Parents should please note.
  6.   7. INVITATION: BUSINESS FELLOWSHIP LEADERSHIP SUMMIT:-  Date:  Sunday, 13th December, 2015.  Time:  12noon to 5 p.m.  All the past Chairmen, Vice-Chairmen and present Executives are cordially invited.  Venue:  Barr & Mrs. Segun Ajayi’s residence.  Please keep the date free.
  8. WOMEN’S MEETING: As a result of the One Day Synod holding in our church on Tuesday, 1st December, 2015, the Mothers’ Union and Women’s Guild would hold a combined meeting on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015 at 4.00 p.m.  May you be richly blessed as you attend.
  9. IKOYI ARCHDEACONRY WOMEN’S CHRISTMAS GET-TO-GETHER:  Next Sunday, 6th December, 2015 is Ikoyi Archdeaconry Women’s Christmas get-to-gether in the Church Hall.  Time:  2.00 p.m.
  10. MOTHERS’ UNION & WOMEN’S GUILD ANNUAL DUES:Members of the Mothers’ Union & Women’s Guild are hereby reminded of the payment of their annual dues to any of the clergy wives today or within the week.
  1. FOOD BANK: The Youth Ministry has started a Food Bank in the church. This service seeks to provide raw food stuffs and beverages for members who have nothing to eat. The distribution of food items to concerned parties is only done on first Sundays of any month. Kindly note that this is a covenant arrangement, only those in need should visit the place. Please, also feel free to join us to bring smile to faces that are stranded by providing for them through this medium. INVITATION TO 4TH ARC GODDY JIDENMA BI-ANNUAL PUBLIC LECTURE:- The above Public Lecture on Leadership, Responsibilities & Good governance would hold on Wednesday, 2nd December, 2015 at Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Kofo Abayomi Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos from 10.30 a.m.  You are all invited.

  1. COMPULSORY PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING: Please note that the pre-marriage counselling has started.  The purpose of Counselling is to prepare our children on how to establish and maintain harmony in their marriages.  The programme is intensive and will take minimum of 12 weeks.

Every potential couple should take note and avail themselves of this golden opportunity.  Parents should also note that this should be the first step in preparation for their children’s wedding. We expect all the “about to be married”  members to take note!  Clearance will not be given for wedding until the course is completed.
