GREETINGS AND FELICITATION

    1. All glory, honour and praises to God for His faithfulness and goodness that have hitherto preserved all of us. We welcome all our parishioners and other worshippers at this service. God will surround all of us with His presence and favour, and also steadily and with Divine speed fulfill His purposes in our lives and families in Jesus name.
    2. We welcome all our eminent guests (first timers) very specially and pray that God will orchestrate unusual testimonies in their lives and families in Jesus name. We appeal to them to fill the form given to them and to also wait briefly to see the ‘WELCOME TEAM” after this service. They are also enjoined to each take a copy of our bulletin for reference.
    3. Congratulatory felicitations to all the birthday celebrants of the week. We also congratulate all those who are having their wedding anniversaries this week. We wish them all longevity, robust health, sustained joy, divine peace and accomplishment in Jesus name.
  1. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUE:  Please note that our annual membership due is now minimum of N2,000= for each member. We appeal that we all register to become full members of our parish, and pay our dues promptly.
  2. THE PARISH CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING:  The monthly PCC meeting would hold on Tuesday, 28th November, 2017 at 5.00 p.m. instead of the last Thursday of the month.  Venue: Church Hall. Members should please note & collect their  documents at the Front Office of the Admin. Department.  Apology for the change of date.
  3. ECCLESIASTES 5: 4-6:  when you make a vow to God, do not delay fulfilling it; for he has no pleasure in fools.  Fulfil what you vow.  It is better that you should not vow than that you should vow and not fulfil it.  Do not let your mouth lead you into sin, and do not say before the messenger that it was a mistake; why should God be angry at your     words, and destroy the work of your hands?

  2. DRESSING OF BRIDES AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE BRIDAL TRAIN DURING WEDDING SERVICES: We use this medium to appeal to all parents and guardians whose children (daughters or daughters-in-law) will be getting married to teach them the dignity of decent dressing, especially during wedding services. By decent dressing, we mean that the wedding gowns and other wedding dresses should cover  the entire body. Any indecent dressings during such occasions will be frowned at and the clergy will not take kindly to it. This is a very important notice that must be taken seriously. by all our  parishioners  and other worshippers because we will not compromise the Word of God for any reason.
  3. MALACHI 1: 12A GOD SAYS: “BUT YOU DISHONOUR MY NAME BY YOUR ACTIONS” (NEW LIVING TRANSLATION):  God is dishonoured when in a Church service some of us do the followings:          answer/make calls, read newspapers, etc; ping with our phones or do things that negate the real worship of God.
